PARALEGAL SUPPORT TO THE LEGAL COMMUNITY

NALA certified Paralegal* expertise is a new addition to the service within the CALEGI network.    The CALEGI  paralegal assistance is on a virtual, contract and freelance basis to the legal community.   All work is completed virtually via email, collaboration software,  fax,  regular or express mail. 

As a paralegal service, WE CANNOT AND DO NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE TO PERSONS OR ENTITIES.    For legal advice, you are strongly advised to contact an attorney of your choice.   All of our freelance contract paralegal work are and must be accomplished under a supervising Attorney.      

ARE YOU IN LEGAL PRACTICE  INDEPENDENTLY OR WITHIN A LAW FIRM,  CORPORATE  OR DEPARTMENTAL  LAW OFFICES?  We can provide support in the following broad areas:

• Legal and Internet research
• Summarize transcripts and depositions
• Case review and analysis
• Draft demand letters for collections
• PowerPoint Presentations
• Data entry services, Word Processing, Proofreading

 

Rates

 

Our rates are $40.00 per hour plus expenses incurred including, but not limited to, long distance telephone calls, postage and purchase of any special software necessary to complete the task.   The rates are competitive and  commensurate with the quality of work delivery that our Clients expect and deserve.  Any assignment that is estimated to cost $200.00 and above  will require a 50% down payment.    A contract will be executed, prior to beginning any work.
