CALEGI provides a full service, one–stop access to highly qualified international expertise with extensive experience in developing countries.   They work in the broad domain of social development, population and health programme initiation, implementation and management.  

The CALEGI network of experts provide technical and other support expertise to the development assistance programmes of international  bilateral and multilateral donor community,  international and national Non Governmental Organizations (NGO) as well as to Community Based Organizations (CBO).     

CALEGI Principal Partner and Network Anchor,  Oyebade  Ajayi,  (see business card in “Documents” Section) is well qualified in Development Studies, Law and  Development Communication.   In a United Nations development assistance career in human development, populaton and health spanning over 30 years,  he has worked at the fore-front and in the leadership positions at the Directorate level, delivering enduring results in policy crafting, programme design and implementation in the population, health and development field across sub Saharan Africa  and as Field Representative in the English and Dutch speaking Caribbean Islands.    His current interests and professional areas of work are in sustainable institutional framework for development programmes and in Communication and Advocacy.   

The CALEGI Network Regional Coordinators are themselves experts with wide experience in the different substantive areas of policy formulation, implementation and evaluation of development programmes including population and health; they are strategically located in sub Saharan Africa and in Latin America and the Caribbean, for closer management, follow-up and oversight of project delivery.
